Vinson Irby
A native Washingtonian, Mr. Irby matriculated the the DC Public Schools and graduated from the university of the District of Columbia with a degree in Elementary Art Education. A 4th generation teacher. Mr.Irby has taught art in Washington DC and Fairfax County public schools for a combined 25 years with last four being in FCPS. His specialization is acrylic painting. Mr. Irby is an avid outdoorsman and loves dogs, and gardening.
Pedro Reyes
Mr. Reyes comes from Puerto Rico. He graduated from the School of Fine Arts of Puerto Rico with a bachelor in Art Education and a minor in Painting. He has been teaching for 17 years. He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, getting to know new cultures, cooking, music, and fitness. As an art teacher he helps his students to be creative and have another communication outlet. He believes that art education allows us to express our individuality and allows to be creative and help us develop self-confidence and sensibility. He also sees art as a universal language, which enable us to stand together as citizens of the world.
