Tara Boone
Ms. Boone is originally from McLean, Virginia. She has been teaching since 2000. This is her third year at Rose Hill as the instructional coach. Ms. Boone is passionate about supporting the needs of students and staff. Ms. Boone holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. When Ms. Boone isn't at Rose Hill, you can find her with her adorable pup, Molly.

Ashley Mistretta
Mrs. Mistretta is originally from just west of the Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania and has spent the last 6 years in the DC area teaching. She has been teaching since 2005. This is her third year at Rose Hill where she served as a math resource teacher and now the school based technology specialist. Mrs. Mistretta holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Mathematics Leadership. When Mrs. Mistretta isn't at Rose Hill, you can find her on the softball field coaching and watching her daughter's play.
MaryAgnes Flint
Mrs. Flint is originally from just north of the Philadelphia area in Pennsylvania and has spent the last 22 years in the DC area teaching. This is her fourth year at Rose Hill where she served as an instructional coach and reading resource. Mrs. Flint holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Elementary Education from Cedar Crest College and a Master’s degree from George Mason University in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus on Multilingual/Multicultural Education. Recently she received her endorsement in administration through The University of Virginia and Fairfax County Public Schools Accelerated Certification Cohort. When Mrs. Flint isn’t at Rose Hills, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross, and two boys, Ryan and Jackson.

Elizabeth Cho

Jennifer Deinhart
Ms. Deinhart grew up in Buffalo, NY and moved to Northern Virginia in 2002. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Buffalo State College and a Masters in Education in Mathematics from the George Mason University. This is her 22nd year teaching and her 15th as a Mathematics Specialist. She loves supporting math instruction but in her spare time, Ms. Deinhart likes to spend time with her sons going on walks, playing games, and going camping.
Natalie Rubertone
This is Miss Osborn’s 8th year teaching at Rose Hill Elementary and her first year in the Math Resource Position. In the fall, she cheers on the Penn State Nittany Lions and often attends home football games. She is very sad that won’t be happening this fall. Miss Osborn loves to go to Lake George in the summers, where she enjoys paddleboarding and swimming. She loves to read, especially historical fiction and realistic fiction. In May 2020, she graduated from Graduate School at George Mason studying Math Leadership and is so excited to share what she learned in her new math resource position.
