AAP – Level IV Referrals Due January 12, 2018
Advanced Academic Programs (AAP) parent referrals for full-time level IV service screening grades 2 – 6 are DUE on or before Friday, January 12, 2018. Referrals and other screening materials should be given to Tamara Karas, Advanced Academic Resource Teacher (AART) on or before January 12, 2018. Below you will find links to AAP information and referral materials, including the referral form and parent questionnaire.

Fairfax County Public Schools offers a continuum of advanced academic services for students K-12 that builds upon students’ individual strengths and skills and maximizes academic potential for all learners.
Our Rose Hill Advanced Academic resource teacher (AART), Ms. Karas, collaborates with the school staff to determine the appropriate level of advanced academic services. Parents may refer their child for advanced academic services or get additional information on the screening process or advanced academic opportunities at Rose Hill by contacting Ms. Karas. Ongoing observation and assessment ensures that student needs are being met.
