A native Washingtonian, Mr. Irby matriculated the the DC Public Schools and graduated from the university of the District of Columbia with a degree in Elementary Art Education.  A 4^th generation teacher. Mr.Irby has taught art in Washington DC and Fairfax County public schools for a combined 25 years with last four being in FCPS. His specialization is acrylic painting.  Mr. Irby is an avid outdoorsman and loves dogs, and gardening.
