Cynthia Ruthenberg
Mrs. Ruthenberg grew up in Herndon, and graduated from Herndon High School. She received a B.S. from James Madison University in Early Childhood Education, a M.A. in Special Education from the University of San Diego and an ESOL Endorsement from the University of Virginia. Her teaching experience includes working with students with moderate to severe disabilities, special education preschool, and 24 years of teaching kindergarten in FCPS. She is excited to be teaching the kindergarten inclusion class this Year at Rose Hill. Mrs. Ruthenberg lives in Charlotte Hall, Md. She loves spending time with her husband, Tom, her children, Riley and Connor, and their two dogs Lady and Benny. When she isn’t in the classroom (or her car commuting) she enjoys hiking, and kayaking.
