INSTRUCTIONAL COACHES IN FCPS
Mrs. Flint is originally from Pennsylvania and has spent the last 20 years in the DC area teaching. This is her second year at Rose Hill as one of the instructional coaches. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Cedar Crest College, a master’s degree from George Mason University and is currently working on her Education Leadership certification through the University of Virginia. When she isn’t at Rose Hill, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ross, and two boys, Ryan and Jackson!
Mrs. Meador is the Math Coach at Rose Hill. She was born and raised in Colombia, South America, and has lived in the U.S. for 20 years. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Universidad Santo Tomas de Aquino in Bogota, Colombia’s capital city. She earned a Master’s Degree from George Mason University in Curriculum and Instruction, and is currently working on her second Master’s in Administration and Supervision from University of Virginia Curry School. Her entire educational career has been with FCPS. This is Mrs. Meador’s fourth year as a Mathematics Instructional Coach, and second at RHES. Whenever not at school, Mrs. Meador is either studying for her classes or running as part of her training for her next race.
